SNAP Benefits / EBT Card

Switch food stamps to cash. EBT location at 82nd and Flavel Street. GA Bill offers $140–180 support while awaiting Social Security, guaranteed for one year.

Located near 19th and Division. Low-barrier. Substances allowed but no smoking or cooking. High fence for security. Part-time staffing 7 days/week with emergency coverage. Stays up to 2 years. Apply online.

I.D. FOR HOMELESS

Project Homeless Connect – Hillsboro

DMV (Driver Motor Vehicle)

Nonprofits can email customerconnect@odot.oregon.gov to help clients get I.D.s. Homeless individuals can get one free I.D. by surrendering their driver’s license (must retest to regain license). Agencies like DHS also assist, though a $30 fee may apply.
